ISLAMABAD, Jan 10, 2026 — Jazz on Friday announced JazzWorld as its new corporate group identity, bringing its telecom, digital, financial, and platform businesses under one umbrella, the company said.
The company said the new identity reflects its shift into a multi-business organisation, spanning connectivity, digital services, financial services, lifestyle, health, data centres, artificial intelligence, and platform businesses. Jazz will continue to operate as a telecom operator under its existing legal and regulatory framework, while JazzWorld will define how the group’s businesses are aligned.
JazzWorld brings together platforms operating in fintech, banking, entertainment, youth engagement, cloud services, software development, healthtech, fashion commerce, and insuretech, the company said. These include JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Tamasha, ROX, Simosa, Garaj, Teknosys, ApnaClinic, ZARR, and FikrFree. The group identity also covers the company’s work in artificial intelligence, data centres, and cybersecurity.
As part of the launch, the company said it has appointed Aamer Ejaz as Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, a newly established position. The role will oversee the use of artificial intelligence across the group’s businesses, including product development, business intelligence, and customer experience.
JazzWorld also announced a change in its cybersecurity reporting structure. Chief Information Security Officer Qasim Shafique will now report directly to the chief executive officer, a move the company said strengthens governance across group operations.
Commenting on the launch, Chief Executive Officer Aamir Ibrahim said:
JazzWorld reflects the company’s evolution, while Jazz will remain the core connectivity business within the broader group.
