accessing or using this website (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “you”).
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, the User acknowledges that they
have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If the
User does not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, they must immediately
