He said Elon Musk’s xAI is expanding to a complex and larger organization, where we need employees with a unique skill set, so some early staff weren’t the right match for the company’s evolving stage.
Musk mentioned that the company is recruiting new staff to support the newly structured teams.
However, the employees who left the company said they were moving to other startups, pursuing an alternative work style, or founding companies, reflecting the standard pull factors.
